We are known for a strong and organic network built over a decade, and a keen eye for what a successful hire looks like.
Rather than solely focusing only on resumes and track records, we work to understand the true business context behind each hire. We identify the conditions under which this leader must succeed, the pressures they will face, and the risks that could cause failure in the first twelve to twenty four months.
